Youth Education & Climate Engagement

Engaging with future climate leaders and scientists

Our goal of creating climate monitoring strategies that work for everyone means everyone. That includes the kids who are worried about the environmental conditions they’re experiencing today. Workshops showing how we can understand and address climate hazards can encourage inspiration and innovation for science and environmental protection from a young age.

We know that young people around the world are motivated to address climate issues. By leading interactive workshops that demonstrate how climate hazards happen, and what you can do to mitigate them locally, we hope to create experiences that help youth build resilience, community, and motivation.

Who can benefit from our workshops?

Expect hands-on activities in climate hazard understanding and environmental monitoring. Our hands-on workshops are adaptable for adolescents and young adults, and can vary from half-day to multi-day workshops.

Workshops are custom created for Grade 8 up to university students.
